The loan process can be tricky in today's lending environment. We are here to take you through it and process everything behind the scenes. The following is how the process progresses.

Initial Consult - This is a time to have your questions answered and conclude what your financial goals are or if a new loan would even make sense for your situation.
Document Gathering - You will need to gather several documents in order to process and underwrite your loan. At this time you would sign an application for a submission to the lender.
Underwriting - In today's lending environment underwriting can take anywhere from two days to two weeks. It depends on your loan.
Approval - an approval is issued and a rate is confirmed. At this time we would satisfy any conditions that the lender may request to close the loan.
Documents are Signed - You will sign your loan documents once you are comfortable that the loan is in your best interest and you are ready to move forward
Funding - Once the lender reviews your signed documents they will disperse the funds and the process if finished! Congratulations!
